Merger
Owned the merger of Alcatel and Lucent Technologies and related change issues. This project included creation of Employee feedback portals, changes in policies and procedures, employee policies, union negotiations of Alcatel and optimization of staff and space.The project was successfully completed in one year.

CoE HR and Operations
Assigned the task of driving engagement initiatives in IBM Daksh by creating Centers of Excellence for Human Resources and Operations. This project earned me the award of Pillar of IBM.

Acquisition
Led IBM Acquisition team comprising staff members from all departments of IBM to define and establish the process, policy, change management and culture alignment of Daksh E Services which was acquired by IBM. The project was completed in eight months without loosing high caliber talent.
